Beautiful accommodations and tremendous service. Even before I got there, the communication and care was terrific. I especially appreciated the loan of a coat on a cold day.

I had 2 rooms, 1 for myself and 1 for my parents. The toilet seat in my parent's room was extremely loose to the point of almost falling off. The jacuzzi in my room worked for about 15 minutes then stopped and never came back on. Otherwise the staff and service were excellent

Wonderful building very well maintained . Decor very traditional - bedrooms a little dated. A few problems with things not working on arrival such as overhead shower, bedside reading light, shaving mirror light and bedside clock - all reported and fixed - comments given to Management. Bars always full and busy with non-residents so we drank elsewhere .

Wonderful hotel we loved the roof top bar it’s my second visit and I look forward to staying again
